We work to keep the information here accurate and current, but it is provided for general guidance. Specifications, volumes, pricing and acceptance criteria are confirmed in writing for each load, and the written confirmation governs, not this website.

Nothing on this site is an offer to buy or sell material, and submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. Any commercial arrangement is set out separately and agreed in writing.
Recovery figures
Recovery rates published on this site are based on our own mass balance across processed alkaline material over a defined period. They describe typical performance and are not a guarantee for any individual load.
Certificates of recycling
A certificate of recycling records what material we received and how it was processed. It is a commercial record. It is not a regulatory clearance, it does not release you from obligations as a generator or handler, and it should not be represented as either.
